Hello Monday

I know I'm very unpredictable with my posts at the moment but I'm afraid that's life. Emily is on holiday and we are busy (nothing super exciting but day to day busy). So, I'm not going to say I'll be posting more regularly or anything like that, just that when I get the chance I'll pop in and post but for now blogging is taking a bit of a back seat.  That said, on with Hello Monday :)

HELLO to making a Key Lime Pie to take to a friend's tomorrow.

HELLO to quilting with friends.

HELLO to planting up my tomato plants.

HELLO to visiting a friend I haven't seen in far too long!

HELLO to Norma going to teach a lesson on Wednesday and being assessed for a permanent teaching post                  (Please keep her in your thoughts).

HELLO to Norma's furniture arriving from South Africa on Thursday.

HELLO to hopefully getting more of Megan's (and Alice's) quilts done.

HELLO to seeing a great-niece who's down from Scotland.

HELLO to spending time with family.

HELLO to what looks like, lots more SUNSHINE!

HELLO to the start of July.
HELLO to baking cakes today (tick).
HELLO to a trip to Windsor.
HELLO to attending the meeting about Sixth Form (Emily starts in September).
HELLO to Emily's contact lens fitting appointment.
HELLO to Claire deciding if she's going back to work.
HELLO to looking after Alice and Megan :)
HELLO to more sitting outside to eat lunch - and...
HELLO to more lovely weather, please!!!

HELLO to Megan being 6 months old tomorrow (Tuesday).
HELLO to taking Mum for her hospital eye appointment.
HELLO to making a start on clearing space in the garage for Norma's shipment arriving soon.
HELLO to (hopefully) starting to sew the quilt I have waiting.
HELLO to no more school for Emily till September.
HELLO to hopefully starting on my summer reading :)
HELLO to quieter days ahead.

I'm a bit later getting this posted today, but here goes ....

 

HELLO to last minute preparations for Norma's arrival.
HELLO to some warmer weather.
HELLO to Norma and Caelen arriving tomorrow (they are flying as I type this).
HELLO to taking Norma to see Mum and Dad, I know they're so looking forward to seeing her.
HELLO to lots of chats and catching up.
HELLO to Alice and Megan getting to know their Great Aunt and cousin. After all, according to Alice, it's her they're coming to see ;o)
HELLO to seeing Caelen for the first time in about 8 years.
HELLO to going for breakfast with friends.

HELLO to having the house to myself for the first time in ages!

HELLO to the second week of half term.
HELLO to Jon starting a new contract - only a 5 minute drive from home.
HELLO to Claire's 23rd birthday on Tuesday :)


HELLO to Chinese take away for Claire's birthday.
HELLO to only 2 weeks on Tuesday till Norma and Caelen arrive.
HELLO to lunch with the coffee ladies on Thursday.
HELLO to starting to do the painting I didn't get round to doing last week.
HELLO to getting back to doing some course work.
HELLO to another week of Clean and Simple and possibly another layout made.

I've not played along with this one before but have seen so many people doing it on their blogs and enjoyed them that I thought I'd try and play along today too.

HELLO to two weeks of school holidays.

HELLO to not having to get up at 6am each morning.

HELLO to adjusting to the clocks having gone forward.

HELLO to trying to be more conscious of taking photos this week.

HELLO to trying to start eating more healthily and to doing some exercise.

HELLO to a trip to The O2 tomorrow (Tuesday), taking Emily and her friend to see One Direction.

HELLO to a return visit to the Dr on Wednesday to get the rest of my blood test results.

HELLO to spending time with Claire and the girls on Wednesday.

HELLO to a quieter day on Thursday (?)

HELLO to catching up with a good friend over coffee on Friday.

HELLO to (hopefully) making a start on decorating what will be Norma's room over the weekend, ready for her arrival in three weeks time :)
