Sunday afternoon

To make up for not posting yesterday, I'm doing another quick post tonight.

Iain brought Faith back this afternoon after her night at home in Beckenham. Louise has been up in Scotland this weekend so Iain stayed to have dinner with us before going to pick Louise up from Gatwick Airport. He also brought his laptop with him so he could do some work while he was here.

And finally, this is what I'm planning to eat more of. I have to start doing something about my weight before summer is here. So.....

..... this week I am going to try and not eat any chocolate but eat fruit instead. I will let you know how I get on.
