Wow, what a gorgeous cookbook! I just found a fabulous app for the iPad and have been working on getting my recipes into it. It's called Paprika, and although it's a bit expensive for an app, there's also one for the Mac which I also got since I find it much easier to type on a real keyboard than the iPad. The iPad is finding a home in the kitchen now which is awesome.
